Voyeuristic Peeping Tom Who Flashed Victim Nabbed With Handgun In DC: Police

A peeping tom who went into his victim's yard exposed himself through a window in Washington DC in 2021 has been identified as a 31-year-old homeless man, authorities said.

Andre Jamar Turman repeatedly entered the victim's yard on Thursday, Sept. 2, 2021 on the 200 block of 5th Street, SE, police said. He time and time again looked inside and exposed himself, police said.

Then, he fled the scene.

On Thursday, May 4, 2023, Turman was charged with Stalking, Unlawful Entry, Indecent Exposure, and Voyeurism.

At the time of his arrest, he was found to be in possession of a handgun. He was also charged with Carrying a Pistol without a License and Felon in Possession.
